Packaging
All of our orders are carefully wrapped in recycled tissue paper and come with our signature dust bag made of recycled cotton yarn that you can re-use to protect your garments.
In case of smaller items, your order will be shipped in a discrete mailer bag.
If the item is too large or you ordered multiple items that exceed the size of our mailer bags, we will ship your order in a gift box that is wrapped with our signature satin ribbon. This gift box will be placed inside a plain cardboard box for shipping.
Our packaging is discreet from the outside. However, please note that for any orders shipped outside of the UK, a commercial invoice or customs declaration listing the contents is attached to the outside of the parcel for customs purposes.
We tried to make our packaging as eco-friendly as possible - our stickers, printing paper, tissue paper, dust bag, mailer bag, gift box and cardboard box are all made of recycled materials.

We aim to dispatch all orders within two business days of receipt of payment excluding weekends, bank holidays and annual leave. If items are out of stock or there is an unexpected delay, we will contact you.
Orders are shipped using a tracked postal service by Royal Mail or any other courier we use from time to time. Once dispatched, we will provide you with your tracking number via email.
The estimated lead times and postage fees are as follows:

UK - £5 (free for orders over £250 after discounts)

Europe - £12

Please note that the estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only and start from the dispatch date.
Garnet District is not responsible for any delays caused by adverse weather conditions, customs clearance processes, strikes, and COVID-19 restrictions.
We do not ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO/DPO addresses or hotels.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Taxes and Duties
All shipments outside the UK may be subject to import duties and taxes over which we have no control as they are levied by the local customs office. As the customer and importer of the goods, you will need to take full responsibility for any import duties in your own country and pay for these to release your order.
Unfortunately, we are unable to advise you on the rates prior to shipping as they vary according to country. We recommend you contact your local customs office to determine a landed cost price prior to placing an order.
If you refuse a shipment from Garnet District or refuse to pay customs duties or taxes for an order you placed with us, you are responsible for the original shipping fees, any import taxes that are incurred on the package, and the costs of returning the package to us. The total will be deducted from your refund. If this return fee exceeds the amount of the goods plus shipping fee, the package will be abandoned and you will not be refunded.
Please note that by law we must declare all items at their full purchase price and cannot lower this amount to decrease international customs fees.
Loss and damage
Please never accept a damaged or open package and register all reservations and complaints with the courier. If you accept the delivery, the responsibility for the purchased goods is transferred to you.

Garnet District is not responsible for shipments lost in transit.
