3.4 To place an order you must be at least 18 years of age.

4.3 All shipments outside the UK may be subject to import duties and taxes over which we have no control as they are levied by the local customs office.
As the customer and importer of the goods, you will need to take full responsibility for any import duties in your own country and pay for these to release your order.
4.4 All product prices are liable to change at any time without notice. However, changes will not affect orders we have already sent you an Order Confirmation for, except in cases of patent error.

Please note that we cannot process your exchange request if this return authorisation form is incomplete or missing.
11.7 Package your return securely and send the item(s) back to us. We recommend sending your items using a registered and insured postal service as you are liable for any damages to the goods while in transit back to us. For international returns, please mark the contents of your package as "returned goods" with no commercial value to avoid delays and extra costs at customs. Any customs charges incurred on the return package will be deducted from your refund.
Your exchange will be processed within 48 hours of receiving your package.

11.9 We monitor the number of returns made by customers, and repeated returns will be flagged and may, at our discretion, lead to the closure of your Garnet District account.
